set launch options …
set launch options -tickrate 100
Load the map, in console
sv_maxcmdrate 100
sv_maxupdaterate 100
reload the map.
Target is now normal.

No I’m afraid you …
No I’m afraid you are the one who is mistaken. I have experienced with many different methods of training, and this is by no means the only one method I use to practice. All of which have their benefits, but this one I find to be the MOST beneficial. Besides I am pretty confident in saying you have next to no credentials to be able to argue me on the topic.
