Hire a 20 year old to remember for you. I never had much of a memory even when I was a kid.

Do word jumble, cryptoquip, and crossword puzzles every day. They have been proven to help people’s memory. Good luck!! ; )

I learned in my psych classes in college, that crossword puzzles help. Not ones you do on the computer, but the written ones. There is something to do with the action of you thinking, then writing down what you are thinking. It’s worth a shot.

Don’t ignore techniques that help you remember, without affecting your brain’s capacity. For example, if something occurs to you and you don’t want to forget it but you don’t want to write it down, there are many arbitrary things you can use as a symbol for that thing, and it just takes a second. Put a pen on a phone as a reminder to make a call. If a bill is due soon, put it someplace where you can’t miss it. Never leave home without a pen and some small amount of paper.
