Do you ever have difficulty remembering where you left your keys, miss important appointments, and find that information you know you learned previously eludes you? There are several reasons you may have difficulty remembering things, as your memory is dependent on the state your brain is in while both absorbing knowledge and retrieving it.
With these factors empowering your mind, our program actually helps you in memory formation and retrieval. Passwords won’t have to be written down. Keys won’t get lost in the bizarre haze of half-memories. You will be able to schedule more efficiently, and deadlines will be a cinch. Not only that, but memory formation will allow you to live a more enriched life as you can recall on the faces of your loved ones easier as you progress through life, and important events won’t be lost forever just because no one had a camera around. You can relive your happiest moments again and again without fear of losing the faces of old friends.
Several drugs have been made that claim to improve mental functioning, but since they don’t work on a natural route, they are often habit forming and can quickly turn out to be more of a burden than they’re worth.
Why damage your liver with a pill? Our program can naturally give you the results you want!
Why keep putting yourself through the process of getting expensive prescriptions renewed again and again, only to find your pills running out again along with your money? Our program guarantees results so you can get back to living a better life! And the side effects of drugs can end up causing more damage than they cure. Get started now and enjoy an improved quality of mind!
How Does It Work?
Binaural Beats- Sine wave generators are used to create two separate frequency waves, which are introduced to each ear independently. The brain reacts by creating a third tone, making up the difference of the two. It instantly reacts to these frequencies causing a Shift In Consciousness. Using this technology, your brain can be programmed to weed out interferences and open up the communication channels inside your mind that are blocked by your own consciousness.
Monaural Beats- This technology uses two tones of equal intensity which result in a crisp and clean sound. Unlike Binaural Beats, Monaural beats are easier on your brain because there is no need to balance the tones and your mind does not need adjusting time. Monaural Beats use a single tone that pulses on and off in specific patterns, which is tuned specifically for the frequencies that produce the desired effect.
Isochronic Tones- If you are looking for the most effective type of brainwave entrainment, Isochronic tones are the way to go. Isochronic Tones also use equal intensity tones, but the pulse speed is greater, causing the brain to synchronize with the rhythm. In 1999, Thomas Budzynski Ph.D. published a case in the Journal of Neurotherapy which showed that a group of 8 college students increased their GPA with the use of audio brainwave stimulation, and their GPA continued to increase even after the brainwave entrainment was finished….
It is also where many memories reside when they are not retrieved for a long time. When you get the sensation of suddenly remembering something, it’s often because the subconscious is opened up in some way by something you see or hear. In the Theta state, however, you can simply access many of these directly.
As with anything, practice brings even greater results. In this state, you can access events, feelings, and situations that may have been previously blocked out. Many therapists even say this is a very important step on the road to recovery from traumatic events.
This program comes in two different sessions. The first one focuses on long term memory, allowing you to retrieve memories you may have lost, while the other is a general stimulation of both short term and long term memory. You won’t have to wait for results. They will be apparent even after your first try, guaranteed!

You don’t have to stay stuck with a poor memory. Here are 10 quick and easy tips to help improve your memory.
There are many songs, poems, and stories written about the difficulty associated with forgetting the past, a lost love, or a broken heart. Finding things hard to forget, however, is not so much a problem as remembering things that should not be forgotten. Whether you are looking for a blouse you wanted to buy, or the keys to your car, forgetfulness can often be annoying.
Forgetfulness, however, is only temporary, and can be made milder by a few techniques in mnemonics. If you are constantly forgetting where you left your wallet or purse, where your car is parked, or even where you are, then you may want to pay attention to these tips to improve your memory.
1. Do not self-diagnose your lack of memory skills as a disease, or as something that will lead to Alzheimer’s. This state of mind may make you resigned to the fact that you are forgetful; it will also make you complacent, and unwilling to take up techniques to Improve Your Memory. Remember: you know you have Alzheimer’s not if you do not remember where your keys are, but if you forget what they are for.
Instead of that bleak outlook on your state of forgetfulness, maintain a positive view on your lack of memory skills. Be willing to make changes in yourself. Without the will to make yourself better, the nine other tips in this list will be for nothing.
2. Don’t be afraid to make lists. Some people often associate lists with forgetful people, and they eschew making such things, thinking that they can remember everything. What a list does, however, is remind you, not substitute for your mind. A grocery list will allow you to concentrate on getting the best prices for that can of beans, instead of focusing your energy on trying to remember what you are supposed to get in the first place.
3. Challenge yourself, even with the list in your hand. You can test your memory skills by looking your grocery list over, and then listing the items in your head. Keep the list in your pocket, then go around the supermarket to get the things that you remembered to list. When you have given up trying to remember, look at your list again. Try to improve on the number of things that you remembered each time you take the list out, or each time you need to get your groceries done.
4. Studies show that we remember the most insane, ridiculous things. Take advantage of this human trait by turning your task into a ludicrous scenario. For instance, if you are going to the grocery to get celery, peanut butter, and bread, you can imagine a jar of peanut butter lying down on a bed of bread, and laughing as a stalk of celery tickles it. The more ridiculous the scenario, the easier it will be for you to remember what you need to.
5. Use mnemonics, usually via acronyms, to remember things. To return to the previous example, you can create the acronym ‘CPB’ to stand for celery, peanut butter, and bread, respectively. For better memory, you can even turn ‘CPB’ into a sentence or phrase, such as ‘Cute Papa Bear’ or ‘Cut that Piece of Bread’. You can extend the acronym as well, just in case you forget what the C, P, and B stand for.
6. If you are alone, talk to yourself as you perform each task that you must remember doing. This technique works to improve your memory at home, or in the office, where you have a list of things to do before you leave the place. This can include switching your computer off, making sure that all switches are turned off, or that all appliances are unplugged. As you go about each task, acknowledge aloud that it has been done. This can help your brain remind you to perform a task you might forget to do.
7. Play memory games on your computer, or with a deck of cards. The key to maintaining a good memory is to keep your mind running as often as possible.
8. Make a song out of your list of things to do or buy, and use a familiar melody. This technique, often used by students to remember historical facts or even scientific formulae, actually makes the brain more receptive to information because learning is suddenly made fun.
9. Eat protein-rich foods, such as meat or fish. Protein will contain large amounts of important amino acids, which can aid your body in producing neurotransmitters. Neurotransmitters, among other functions, can ensure that your brain will constantly perform no matter what the circumstances.
10. Drink a lot of water. Toxins in your body force your brain to do more cleaning up rather than remembering and learning. Forgetfulness is annoying, but it is only temporary. With the proper diet and techniques, you can improve your memory and do better at your job.
Be proactive about using mnemonics and these other tips to improve your memory.

I have failed Foundation degree and dont know what to do?
I have had such a bad year, it was worst year of my life at southampton silent university. The day i moved in with these junkies i failed my course. Not been able to sleep due to the noise they made playing music on their dj decks which all three of them had, every day till 5am sometimes till 8am. When i told them to turn it down i got into argument with all three of them. They even did this during my exams, so i failed all of them. Half a year into the course i was robbed, they took my £700 laptop, memory stick, my ps2 and the 15 games, my dvd player and even took my trainers. I knew it was them but they denied it so i couldn’t do anything, they even threatened me. i am on my summer holidays and i got results, i haven’t even shown to the parents, because they will lose it. i had to save up money to by knew laptop so that my parents wouldn’t find out about it. I don’t think there is any point me repeating the year, I don’t find it that hard its just i was so depressed sometimes i would stay in my room for week or two. They use to go out every day yes every day get drunk take drugs smoke weed, there were bongs everywhere. Sometime they would say they have put extacy tablets into my drink for a joke but who knows they could have done it for real. I don’t know what to do can someone give me advise.
Do you think i should tell my teacher all this, maybe he’ll let me continue to the next year.
Move out! Why the hell are you staying there with that scum? You should have called the police when you were robbed, why did you not? Ok, assuming you were too scared to because they threatened you, here’s what you need to do; tell your landlord you’re moving out and find a place through your uni or a local student rental place. Get your parents to help you with this, and tell them everything; the only reason they’d be angry is because you suffered and didn’t tell them. Make sure you move out when your housemates are out, and take their decks with you (what are they going to do, call the police and have them come sit in the drug filled front room to take a statement? Not likely) and sell them asap (privately of course). That’ll recover the cost of your stuff, or some of it at least. Or if you don’t want to sell them because they’re technically ’stolen’ then just destroy them (you’ll enjoy it I imagine). Don’t leave a forwarding address with your landlord but do tell him there are class A drugs being used on the premises, maybe also tell the cops about the drugs; they fu*ked up a year of your life, cost you a fortune (not only your stuff but course fees etc) so why the hell should you not cause them as much trouble as you can? They’re a bunch of losers and I doubt very much that they have the intelligence or means to find you or get revenge for this.
And yes I think you should inform your teachers or whoever at the college/uni, then you have a much better chance of being allowed to repeat the year.
Cause right now i want to improve my grades in school
But for some reason im not able to concentrate on stuff and I can’t get anything on my head…so yeah
make sure you eat a good breakfast to keep you full and focused. Include lots of fiber in whole grains like whole wheat toast, cereal, or whole wheat/multigrain bagels and fruit. Also have some protein and fat in milk, yogurt, cheese, peanut butter, eggs, ham, sausage, bacon. Also, a little bit of caffine will help you focus. Have a small (i rly emphasize small) cup of coffee or tea or a latte with breakfast or after. try to avoid energy drinks they will make you overly jittery
A game was downloaded on my PSP, but when I go to delete it it shows up on neither the PSP itself, or the removable drive on the PC. Yet the PSP shows that I have lost 10 MB on my memory stick. There is no evidence of the game or anything being placed on the device, but it says there are 10 MB gone. If you have any way to solve this problem PLEASE HELP!!! Thanks!

So my friend has an AMAZING memory. As in, he doesn’t have to take notes in class, and aces tests without studying, no joke. He can also remember phone numbers that he’s heard once, etc So how the heck does he do that? Are people just born w/better memories, or are there some ways to exercise your brain to make it retain info better? Cuz, I’ve got the worst memory ever, and it’d be awesome if I could do something about it.
Well … take a look into some memory or concentration supplements when you have the time …
Here are some popular ones:

There’s a few points I wanted to address with this one.
First, it’s not just any Omega 3s that help with memory… it’s primarily DHA (Docosahexaenoic Acid) that is in Fish Oil that helps support memory the most. I’ve been taking Fish Oil for a couple years now, and I can definitely tell when I’ve missed a dose for any reason. Plus, Fish Oil also helps with Cardiovascular health (Heart, Lungs, etc) and Skin health.
Second, it will vary a bit person to person, but most people notice the benefits in as little as a few days or as much as a few weeks. With me, it took about 3 weeks to realize that I hadn’t forgotten why I walked in a room for about the 2 weeks before that… and I would forget like that on a regular basis.
Third, the normal dose of a standard Fish Oil is 3 softgels daily, and that normally gives a daily dose of about 360 mg of DHA. Personally, I take a Fish Oil concentrate because I only need to take 2 pills a day to get that much.
Try it out for a month and see if you don’t notice a difference
Good luck!
